1️⃣Prep Your Nails:

Clean your nails: Wash your hands thoroughly and ensure your nails are free of oil, dirt, or any leftover polish.

Push back your cuticles: Gently push your cuticles back with a cuticle pusher or an orangewood stick.

Shape your nails: File your nails to your desired length and shape.

Buff the surface: Lightly buff the top surface of your nails to remove any oils and give the strips a better grip.

2️⃣Clean the Nails:

Use rubbing alcohol or a nail cleanser to wipe away any dust or oils from your nails.

3️⃣Choose the Right Size Strip:

Select the gel strip that best fits each nail. The strip should cover your nail from sidewall to sidewall without overlapping onto your skin or cuticle.

4️⃣Apply the Gel Strip:

Peel the strip from the backing. Be careful not to touch the adhesive side too much with your fingers as it can reduce the stickiness.

Apply the gel strip to your nail, starting from the cuticle area. Press it down gently, ensuring no air bubbles are trapped underneath.

Stretch or trim the strip if needed to perfectly fit your nail.

5️⃣Smooth and Seal:

Use a gentle motion to smooth out any bubbles or wrinkles from the strip.

Fold any excess over the edge of your nail and file it off using a gentle downward motion. This will help give a clean edge.

6️⃣Cure the Nail:

Place your nails under a UV/LED lamp to cure the gel for the recommended time (usually 30-60 seconds, depending on the lamp). Be sure to cure each finger fully.

7️⃣Repeat for All Nails:

Repeat the process for the rest of your nails, applying the strips one by one, smoothing them, and curing them under the lamp.

8️⃣Final Touches:

Once all nails are done, wipe off any excess tacky residue with rubbing alcohol.


Tips:
If you have any wrinkles or air bubbles after applying the strip, try re-heating it slightly with the lamp and smoothing it out.

Be careful not to touch the adhesive part of the strip with your fingers too much to maintain its stickiness.
